2:25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

Whenever a man make a decision, the result must be in line with his wisdom, experience, character, and his desire within him at the moment. Since God is an all knowing God, He knows what was in man, base on His great wisdom he must be able to foreseen the end result of the choice!
